Step two of our process is a Detailed Estimate, and step three is Contract Signing. You know the scope and the numbers before work begins, and changes only happen with your sign-off.
How do I know you will show up?
Step four is a Pre-Construction Meeting: schedule, crew, and logistics agreed before demolition day. You will know who is coming and when.
Are you licensed and insured?

What happens when the work is done?
The Final Walkthrough. We walk the project with you, room by room, and it is not finished until you say it is.
